Payments for AsifAbrar API subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our payment and subscription billing provider.

Refund Requests

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly or you have another billing issue, contact support with the relevant subscription and transaction information. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal according to the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation does not automatically mean that previous subscription charges will be refunded.

API Usage

When evaluating a refund request, service access and API usage associated with the subscription may be considered where permitted by applicable law.

Paddle

Because Paddle processes subscription payments, billing adjustments and refunds may also be handled through Paddle in accordance with the applicable transaction and consumer-protection requirements.
