These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AsifAbrar API service. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the API, you agree to these terms.

API Access

API access is provided according to the features, request allowances and rate limits associated with the selected plan. Access may require a valid account, active subscription and API key.

API Keys

API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for protecting your keys and for activity performed using credentials issued to your account.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of the service, bypass technical restrictions, abuse usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated. Subscription billing is processed through Paddle. Applicable prices and plan limits are displayed on the Pricing page before purchase.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable API access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.

Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when an account violates these terms, presents a security risk, engages in abuse, or does not maintain the subscription required for the selected service.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version will be published on this page.
